ich möchte für meine hp ein banner erstellen
und ich braue dazu ein gut grafikprogramm
könnt ihr mir eins empfelen am besten eines
das kosten los ist

Also aus erster Hand würde ich auch GIMP empfehlen aber vielleicht Photo Filtre.

Wenns Freeware sein muss ist Photo Filtre ganz net, aber GIMP ist dann definitiv die bessere Wahl!

Naja es kommt halt darauf an was für eine art von banner !
Wenn du zB einen 3d Banner erstellen möchtest kann ich dir auch xara 3d empfehlen.
das programm is so einfach zu verstehn.
Allerdings in Photoshop (trotz Shareware) die erste Wahl

Ul*ad Gif Animat*r ist auch super zum erstellen von Banner sowie der Name schon sagt Animationen. Ist aber leider keine freeware, aber mit dem Esel bekommt man das geregelt.
